Financial Info
We are committed to providing high quality dental care to you and your family. We are here to take the time necessary to make sure your questions are answered and your concerns are addressed.
Your dental plan is a form of compensation provided by your employer. You can expect the insurance company to reimburse you for a portion of our fee. That portion is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. The higher the premium paid by your company, the more you are likely to be reimbursed.
Although we are not a party to the contractual agreement with your insurance company, we do want you to receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. Therefore as a convenience to you, we will submit all of your dental claims to your insurance company in order for you to receive this maximum benefit.
You can be assured that we will always provide you with our best services and recommendations without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurance coverage.
We will make every effort to provide you with an estimate of your portion prior to dental work being done and ask kindly that you be prepared to pay at the time of service.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer an extended payment option through CareCredit. CareCredit helps you pay for treatments and procedures your insurance doesn’t cover. They offer No Interest financing or low minimum monthly payment options so you can get what you want, when you want it. You can use it for your whole family and also for services other than dentistry. With three simple steps, including an instant approval process, it’s easy to apply for CareCredit.
